Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Bali Hale Living does not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind orders. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned, and doing so requires our approval. For more information, go to our refund policy page here!
How do I know if something is in stock?
It will be stated that the product is "in-stock" in the product description. When you attempt to add pre-order items to your cart, a "pre-order" icon will apper, along with a lead time indication.
Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Yes, please get in touch with us and ask for local pickup; weʻll then give you an invoice. After you make your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time that best suits you!
Do you ship to United States / Canada?
We are able to ship to the United States but we are not able to ship to Canada at this time, however we do have clients who facilitate shipping to freight forwarders to those regions.
When can I expect my pre order?
While we strive to keep our arrival estimates as accurate as possible, due to freight delays, these dates my be pushed back. We always keep our customers informed via email and social media, so please check Instagram and email for updates. Please do not hesitate to contact Bali Hale Living staff for updates.
