Bali Hale Living does not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind orders. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned, and doing so requires our approval. After getting the goods, you have 7 days to return them. Returning items requires using the initial courier or transportation provider. All products must be shipped back in their original, untouched packing. We reserve the right to approve a swap or refund under certain conditions. Bali Hale Living cannot be held liable if harm is caused by a courier during the return process that is not an authorized furniture courier.

Rattan

Weekly cleaning with a soft, damp towel is recommended.
Use warm water, a very gentle soap solution, and a tiny bit of vinegar to remove stains.
Stay out of the heat to prevent excessive fading.

Leather

The best way to maintain this quality is to regularly wipe down with a microfiber or soft cloth. This will ensure that the leather maintains its shine and doesn't start to appear worn out. Additionally, we advise conditioning your goods once a year to keep leather supple.

Teak

Use a lint-free cloth to dust furnishings once a week. Dust is produced more frequently in the summer when windows are open or when house improvements that cause dust are being made.

Elm

Regular polishing of solid wood is necessary to keep it in top shape because it cleans, nourishes, and protects the wood while bringing out its unique characteristics.
